I was currently using a Glow Shift EGT Guage and now the probe burned up. I was thinking of getting a Stewart Warner Probe because they are more accurate supposedly and better quality.
The hook up would be the same, two wires, but do you think the voltage resistance would be different and that the Glow Shift guage would not be able to read the Stewart Warner Probe correctly?
Im trying to keep the Glow Shift guages because I already have 7 of them. But I was hoping to up the quality a bit because it never seemed to read that accurate in the first place.
Elec. gurus, what do you think?
GS Guages read 200-2400 degrees SW Guages read 200-1600 degrees
