spline drive or recessed key?
spline drive- take a socket that is *just* smaller then the splines and hammer it on there then use the socket wrench to get it off
recessed key- weld a bolt head to the end and take it off with that, or drill it out and replace the wheel stud (there fairly cheep)

i think the tool terry is refering to is made by Snap-on or Mac tools (sears *may* have one). however there like $40-$60 for the set of 5
see if you could rent one from autozone
or just take it to the dealership or wheel shop and see if they can remove it.

All your major tool chains should have them. I have seen them at vatozone in the past. Sears should have one or you can take it to a tire shop and they can do it for you.
