Yeah thats a Mitsu/Chrysler DSM. They were hot pre WWII. You know how the japanese loved to floss big ass chaufer carraige pimp rides back in the 30s and 40s, they didn't start drastically down sizing vehicles until the 60s. Must be a JDM mitsu badge since Mitsu didn't start selling cars in the US before the 80s. A stand alone engine management would make the swap a peice of cake. I recommend a Walbro high pressure fuel pump too.
