When the car hasn't been running it's a hard start...rpms drop low and the idle is screwy give her a little gas and she's fine...

Any idea?? I was thinking a slow AIC sensor on the TB...could that be it??

Well I have no Check Engine Lights....But I just don't have a engine...LOL

It could be the IAC motor, but when is the last time you changed your spark plugs and fuel filter?

Also where do you live? What has your weather been like lately? IF you have had cold and warm weather it could be a combination of water in your fuel and a mixture of cold and warm weather fuel. In the winter fuel companies change the formula of gasoline a little bit, it will have a higher BTU rating and the read vapor pressure will be different as well.

wait till the engine is cold, open your coolant cap, I bet you won't see any coolant in there. I had the exact same issue last year. It turned out my overflow tank cap was cracked and the coolant was spitting out the top of the cap and sucking air back in and causing a nasty bubble that messed with the coolant temp sensor. I'd tap the throttle and push some coolant up into that housing and the ECU would suddenly get a signal from the CTS and adjust for the cold engine

yeah well it ended out being the IAC...and the coolant. But it was 100% the IAC
