#115944, "Strange Idle Problem"

Hello,
I have a 95 Eclipse non turbo 420A engine. My check engine light is on, I read the codes via the on-off-on-off method and am getting the following codes
12, 25, and sometimes 32
My car was surging to as high as 3700RPM at idle. I replaced the AIC motor today with a new one, I have checked all vacume lines yet the car still has this problem. I did notice that the vacuum inlet on the EGR actuator does not hold vacuum. I plugged this line and reset computer by disconnecting the battery for 1 minute. Once I re connected the battery and started the car, the check engine light came back on and i continued to have the idle problem.

Note, the car is all stock so far, no mods. Any ideas as to what I can check next?

Thanks

Make sure the IAC harness isn't laying on the EGR pipe. That'll do it every time.
