Disclamer **I DO KNOW HOW TO USE THE SEARCH FEATURE, I JUST WANT SOME INSIGHT ON MY SITUATION**
So here is the story, I getting a Big Puff of white smoke during start up and small not as "dark" puff of white smoke when I accelerate from a stop, or rev up my engine after idling. Also, I don't feel like I am smelling that sweet smell you you get from burnt coolant
I have searched and read through posts on the subject and just wanted to reach out to those who may have had similar issues and the experience and lay out what I done with my RS lately that might have caused this Problem
First I had an Issue with that hose that runs from the thermostat housing to the coolant hard line on the front of my motor (I have 420a with 150,000), I replaced that and the leak stopped
I also just wrapped my headers and used the Silicon Spray Sealant from D.E.I., Which I am 99% sure cause the above leak.
Also just used seafoam in the gas tank, and crank case and changed the oil after letting it run through the system for like 10-15 mins. I also Used some throttle body cleaner to clean off my throttle body until I had a chance to take it off and give it a good cleaning
Im open to all Suggestions, Going to keep close eye on Coolant and Oil levels, Check Spark Plugs, and double check my header is on nice and tight and that isn't contributing at all as well

Maybe bad stem seals, especially with 150k. You can do a leak down test to see if they are sealing or not. You can rent leak down testers from like autozone I think.

That probably is a good Idea but lack of an air compressor means no dice or I'm in the shop, I think I'll take the time to check out all those things I said and maybe check the compression since I haven't done that since I had the car (less than a year). If I can't get anywhere with that I'll suck it up and take it to a shop to do it

if it's a little bluish, then it'd be an oil issue, and since it's also doin it when you accelerate that means rings, just off initial start'd be valve seals. if it's just white 'smoke', that's usually water of some sort, yeah if it's sweet it's coolant, but maybe it's some sort of water buildup in your exhaust, like a muffler/cat or something. Did this all start after that coolant leak? just wondering on the reference.

I feel like maybe it been going on for a while to be honest, but it just gotten more noticeable as of late, mainly ignored it over the winter since it was COLD and it was just during start up which is normal when it is COLD... now it isn't cold anymore and it still doing it and obviously with the acceleration as well...
Of course I might have known sooner IF MY GF TOLD ME WHEN SHE FIRST NOTICE LIKE A MONTH AGO!!!!!!! ( She not into cars...I'm not allowed to even change the oil on her Accord)
I know my oil is fine, I been keeping an Eye on it every week for at least two oil changes now. Coolant did need to be filled some but i did drain out some when of the radiator when i changed that little hose... Who am I kidding its probably my head gasket cause I'm broke since i just had to replace passenger side axle and lower control arm like a month ago...( Lower Ball joint just sheared apart while going to the dry cleaners...it was a Pain in the A$$)

you know there's a factory recall on those lower ball joint/control arm assembly? also on the (maybe just 95) they'll d/c that stupid exhaust air bypass valve secondary solenoid doohickey. it's pointless, they knew it, so they just stick a resistor plug on it.

Does that mean I might have some sorta right to compensation due to that that, or is that just A you should not be surprised?
Back on my topic...I have another hypothesis on what might be causing my smoke issue..... The silicon spray I used on the exhaust wrap is pealing off of where it was on just bare metal, and that includes where the bottom of the header meets the rest of the down-pipe to the cat
