Hello, i wanted to share my experience with a b&m shifter+symborski bushings.. installation its very simple, about an hour.. shifting is more precise and stiffer. short throw reduced by 50% is great, gears engage much quicker, only problem is to set the car in reverse gear.. it very hard. did any of you experience the same?, is there a way to make reverse smoother. overall shifting is so much better and precise.

I have never had a problem with it going in reverse. you may have to pop the console off and see if anything is binding.
Top it off with a weighted shift nob. Not one of those auto zone ricer BS ones. It feels so much better! I used the stoker for a bit, but I went to a Razo 340g nob. Added to that, the Razo nob sits about 3/4" lower than the stocker.
