The idle on my car is not steady it goes close to 1000 rpm and then comes down to were the car kinda wants to turn off... I checked to see if the throttle position sensor was loose but it is fine... i cant figure out the problem... im thinking maybe my EGR is not working, or one of the hoses may have a vacuum leak... The think is that it only does it when i get of the pedal and come to a complete stop, or if a turn on my AC... Need help if you have any thoughts let me know.

Test the IAC, but i doubt thats it.

Do you have a MTX? Does your speedo work?

Dead VSS can cause similar symptoms, although it's kinda easy to spot the dead speedo in the IP. Then again, stranger things have happened...

Thanks for the help guy's... I ended up taking the MP 60mm Throttle Body off and cleaning it including the two sensors... when I moved to the EGR I noticed that the plate that I had placed to block it was missing so I just got some sheet metal and bolted down...When I cranked the car the idle problem was gone.
