Well after more than a year and half I just started my eclipse after the big rebuild with the Hahn stage V. I couldn't believe it but she started right up without a stutter. And the most unbelievable part is that there is NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT!! I still need to adjust fuel pressure after I get done with the oil change and test drive will be tomorrow for break in.

Anyway my Innovate DB a/f gauge is reading from 14.7 to 12.2 which means she's running rich which is good. I have a good portion of vacuum at idle which is good as well correct? If there is anything else I should be on the lookout for please chime in. This site totally made it possible! Thanks to everybody who has offered advice. Here is link to my project started in Feb. of last year.

Oh and BTW... she sounds f***ing mean with the full 3" exhaust! I'm still in shock she's actually running. I still need the custom DP ceramic coated because that thing gets hot in an instant.

"And I say, 'Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know.' And he says, 'Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness.' So I got that goin' for me, which is nice."

That's a damn good feeling when you start her up. Straight to stage 5 that's pretty crazy. Good luck with it and have some fun. Any plans to track it?

Yeah. I'm a little worried about the driveshafts though as those are still stock. I need to upgrade them soon. I'm also running a mixture of Premium 91 Octane and C10 for d.d. but will probably go straight c10 at the track. I just spent $300 on 30 gallons of that stuff. Not cheap. I still have a lot of work and tuning ahead of me obviously and I haven't felt the boost yet. Once she gets broken in I would also like to get her on the dino.

Good shit man. A full 3" sounds great huh. I added an extra resonator in my full 3" instead of just a normal test pipe and it sounds evil, like real deep like an STi.

Looks good though. One thing I would make sure of though, make sure you have good oil pressure, especially if its a new oil pump.

Happy Boosting emoji

Oil Pressure looks good. Its around 50psi at idle and seems to hold pretty steady when I rev her up. I'm concerned about the fuel pressure though. I can't monitor it because my in dash hasn't been hooked up to the regulator and the POS temp one Hahn sent me is stuck on 20PSI and won't move. When I give it some gas the A/F ratio jumps up into the 20's and I'm pretty sure thats not a good thing. I'll try to adjust it tomorrow. Any ideas on this matter?

The axles will have to wait. I still have a long road ahead of me with tuning I think. I just took her out on low boost and she still hauled some pretty serious ass. Its great to finally hear and feel that spool up!

Heres some questions for you guys though. The car comes up to temp really fast but the needle stays in the middle of the gauge and doesn't climb much higher, however, the turbo and downpipe get extremely hot extremely fast. I installed that visteon radiator and that gets so hot you can't even touch it. This was after a very short cruise. Is this something I should be concerned about? I read another post on here that suggested that an overheated manifold can be the computer adjusting timing to account for boost. I adjusted the Fuel pressure which is now right around 50 psi and is constant. I hit around 7-8psi boost and my a/f jumped up into the 20's from a steady 13 so I don't think the Fuel mapper is doing its job along with the portfueler. The weird thing is that there is a little bit of soot in the tail pipe. Any suggestions?

I haven't even begun to crack tuning a 2gnt but it's pretty normal for the header, manifold and hot side to glow after a few hard pulls.

Fab a heatsheild and get your downpipe coated and wrapped. That should help a little bit keeping that radiant heat where it belongs.

As far as your afrs and fluid pressures....i'm not touching it because i dont know what to tell you. I'd feel alot more comfortable having a experienced tuner work things out with that setup than myself. Hope you get that sorted.

Goodnight sweetheart...yes its time to go...bum bum bum bum bum...good night sweetheart yes I am one little a$$hole......bum bum bum bum....
