I put some RTV on and transferred all the sensors. The car idles at 2500 and higher in neutral. How do I go about fixing this problem? I have read somethings on other posts about the cable adjustment with the 60mm Jeep TB, but I got confused because I don't know if they are the same. Please help..

You're leaking vacuum somewhere. Figure out where.
Make sure the throttle cable is adjusted such that the butterfly is completely closed at idle.
Spray around the TB with some non-flammable brake cleaner while the engine is running. It'll sputter when you hit the leaking area.
