So today while I was hooking up my gauges everything was all good and suddenly my radio wont turn on (once I had everything in and was testing) I checked the battery and it was completely drained even though it was full like 10 minutes beforehand...I dont understand why it would drain that fast just by hooking up two gauges inside. Any ideas?

If the starter or the batt isn’t the culprit then I would double back and check the alternator and all the relays. There is a possibility you could have blown a fuse due to faulty wiring; I would check those first. Check over all your connections and such (good grounds, make sure everything is drawling the right amount of current, ect.). What wire did you tap into? You can always try running a 8 gauge (fused) or something similar in through the fire wall connected to a relay so you don’t have to drawl current off your existing wire if all else fails.
