not even sure if this is a car part but I found this around/under my car the other day while I was working on it and was wondering if anyone knew what it was cause I have no idea

Agreed. Reach under your washer fluid bottle on the left side. Bet you have a hole in it. (Guess you could try filling it with water and listen for it falling out the bottom too.)

A bit annoying to get that thing out, but undo the bolts holding the reservoirs in place on the firewall and yank the battery. That should give you enough room to snake the thing out and see about gluing that pump back in there or something like that.

Back in the day, run4cvr up here in Phoenix got tired of installing and removing that thing so, when we dropped my engine back in, he sort of hid it so I'd forget about it. Four years later, I have this spanking new-looking washer fluid bottle with a nice coat of paint on it just sitting in my garage, half full of fluid. emoji
