I'd also like to know this as well because all I've ever heard is "our heads flow great stock". I've never seen any proof...

True, I'd love to see a stock vs ported flow sheet.

Whoever you heard that from obviously hasn't taken one apart. It's pretty bad in there.

I remember an old post where Jasonesi t had numbers from a flowbench showing that our heads flowed better than the 4g63's and damn near what a vr-4's heads flowed. However when I read it the link he posted was dead.

Can't find the post, but I remember reading it.

Urethra!!! I have found it.

http://forums.2gnt.com/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=5&topic_id=34044&mode=full

those numbers were from a neon head which should be similar to ours. Only problem is that the link is dead, so we can't see them.

http://forums.2gnt.com/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=5&topic_id=26155&mode=full

another thread stating our heads flowed well, just no actual proof.

the Neon head is very different and you cannot assume the two flow equally.

I didnt read the post but i doubt the credibility of the test. Mine has been flow benched and i could not imagine any engineer would make a "turbo" head flow worse than ours.

I wih i had numbers on mine now.

You obviously overestimate the ingenuity of an engineer, however, with the length of time the 4G63 has been around and the amount of development and race effort that went into the 4G63, you're probably.

If someone came up with a tall runner head for the 420A they'd really have something.

hahaha, yes engineers can be underestimated for stupidity...

The flatness of our runners appears to be the Biggest factor as far as affecting the flow. It would be pretty sweet to have a billet Alum high flow head with tall runners....oh how it feels to dream.....
