How many miles til its warm?

I have a Greddy header and the car takes just as long to warm up as it did when it was stock. Something else is wrong with your car. AFAIK exhaust will not slow the heating of your engine.

Didnt you post this before? You have a CEL as well IIRC. Go to Advance/Auto Zone, have them run a free code check, write down the code and report back to us.

Check your thermostat, matter of fact just replace it. Its 7$ and five minutes to do.

I just replaced the thermostat and the temp gauge sensor about two weeks ago. I'll go to Aamco and get that code Thur morn and report back. It really is about 5 miles til it heats up all the way. Oh yeah, my thermostat is 185 degree. I think that's standard. Thanks Teklien (Terry?)

Ok, I got the code. It's 442. The guy at Aamco said it's a general code for the evap system. He said he'd do a smoke test for free since he just replacer some filter in that system when I bought the car recently. Also I wonder why the dealer says he can't read my codes and wants to sell me a wiring job? Aamco reads me everytime.

There is a P0443 that has to do with EVAP...

http://www.2gnt.com/index.php?d=PCM%20Error%20Codes
Those are your PCM Error Codes btw.

"Evaporative purge solenoid / Clogged purge line / Vacuum hose / Evaporative emission canister clogged"

Basically you have the dreaded code 31. Do some searching for "Code 31" and youll begin to become an expert!

Ive never had it happen, but basically there is a valve inbetween the gas tank and the body that crack from clearance issues. IIRC, that is the main contributor to this issue.

Go get the free smoke test to confirm.

Dropping the tank is somewhat easy.

Valve is just replacing a valve.

Just takes some time emoji

This might sound dumb but my tank is under the back seat......... I guess you mean taking it out by "dropping"? (shit, I hope that thing was my tank, lol)

Well you can access the fuel pump from the back seat yes, but you need to physical drop the tank, such as removing it from the vehicle, in which case it drops from underneath.
