If you do a search back there are a bunch of little tips in various posts. That's probably the best way to get all the info.
But for my opinion: I love it, the best mod I've done so far.
Unbolt the passanger side motor mount and support engine with jack and then you can lower the side. You need at least a 3 ton puller that goes to small diameters. I trashed two 2 ton pullers before I found a 5 ton that went down and grabbed the pulley. Fo rthe install of the AFX I did it on a cold day so the pulley cooled off to much aftre coming out of the oven and barely slip on at all. So I went out and bought a new/longer crank bolt. And used that to pull it on, the extra inch of thread crabbed enough of the crank I didn't have to worry about stripping out the crank. I used two bolts from a Harmonic balancer removal tool and wedged a screw-driver against the fram to hold the pulley still while I tightened the crank bolt to pull the crank on. DON'T wedge a screw driver into the pulley Aluminum is soft and I worry about bending the pulley.
I think the belts are fine as long as they are tightened properly. I had no problems with mine when first installed, and now I can just barely hear a slight squeel, mostly on a colder day, but I felt the tension and they stretched a bit, so I nee dto go and tighten them down. Belts will stretch and need to be re-tensioned from time to time, this should cure any noise you hear.
