If you are boosted, and have the EVAP Grose leak CEL, it is caused by a plastic valve under the car, right between the gas tank and spare tire well. Right smack dab in the middle of the two, you can't miss it. It has at least 3 or 4 lines going into it, has a round top, and roundish body. There is a rubber diaphram in this valve, which can rip if it sees boost pressure. In the middle of this diaphram, is a piece of plastic, which provides the anchor for the diaphram, and which makes it move. On the underside of this diaphram, on the plastic shaft, is 4 sharp edged protrusions. Once this valve sees boost, it pushes on the diaphram the wrong way, and makes it go into these sharp edges, and tears the diaphram.
I've already taken my valve out of there, and took it apart, and saw the small rips in the diaphram. The solution is to get a new valve, take the top off of it, and file down these edges. OR, find a good check valve to put inline with the EVAP line at the throttle body. A new valve is around 30 bucks at the dealer.
There is a anti rollover valve on top of the gas tank, which needs to be dropped to reach. If you are getting a gross leak, then it will usually be one or both of these two valves. 13.5 @108 MPH-2.2 60ft(stupid FWD!)
