It sounds like you have a good base to start with. I'm one to be on the conservative side of things and like to leave doors open for the future. So I suggest you may want to look into some larger injectors than the 550's. Possibly 750's. With the amount of boost you say you plan to run you could be in the high 300's for hp if the rest of your car supports your boost level. Yor turbo kit could prove to be a hindreance also for the level of performance you say you want. The hahn turbo's aren't all that big. I've seen a few 16G (am I correct on this guys?) go over 300 hp but thats also pushin alot of hot air. But with all you want there is so much more to go along with this than just the motors internals. You may want to consider a 3/8" fuel feed line also when you instal the FPR. It's not all that hard to convert your stock one to a return. Try the search button up top. There's alot more info available than you'll ever need. And if you plan on goin MS, don't forget to bring along alot of patients. It's not exactly PnP as you listed.

Creative thinking? Ingenuity? Hell, It's just an obsession!

No need for the PTC lash adjusters unless there are cams more aggressive than your typical, pointless "stage 1" profile. Port matching is a good idea, but I doubt it's going to provide "10X" the flow, if you even feel it at all. It's one of those good ideas irrespective of actual gains.
