#110486, "420a problem with reving and paper in fan noise"

OK, I was doing a steady 85 in my 1996 mitsubishi eclipse rs and all of the sudden it revs up on me and takes me to redlining it in 5th gear. After this incedent It now makes this noise like if you would stick a piece of paper in a fan. chhhhhhh noise. If any of you have any idea as to why this happened and how to fix it, it would be greatly appreciated.

Either clutch, or an exhaust leak at the manifold.

Ebay I bought one of those stage one heavy duty clutches I have 2000 miles on it and it feels great. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/F1-RACING-STAGE-1-CLUTCH-KIT-95-99-ECLIPSE-2-0L-NT-GS_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33730QQihZ027QQitemZ400008120152QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

For a little over $200 bucks you cant beat it. These are good people too I had to call them because I wasnt sure it was the right clutch and they were more than happy to talk to me and explain things.
