Ok I have been having problems for the past 3 months. I got the final part I needed to be done with this piece of sh*t and what happens, I notice a drip of coolant coming out of the back of the cylinderhead. I'm really sure its not the headgasket because I rebuilt the motor with the metal headgasket and yes its torqued to spec. I'm about done with this f*cking car. I have spent a crap load of money trying to get it to were I don't have to worry about anything for a while and there is another problem after another. If anyone has an idea of what it could be please let me know cause like I said i'm at my wits end with this p.o.s. Thanks.

Calm down man, it could be something simple that you’re overseeing...
Look for leaks around the coolant hoses that are underneath the egr, they leak if they aren’t on there tight/age. Check the heater coil to make sure it’s not shooting coolant onto the block in anyway. Make sure the coolant leak that you’re looking at isn’t anything being blowed to the back of the block from driving. Make sure the gasket on the thermostat isn't leaking while you’re at it. You will be amazed how oil and coolant can travel. Be more specific on what side/location of the motor it’s leaking on, and when does it leak (idle/cruise)?

Ok yeah I was a little pissed earlier. It looks like its leaking from the headgasket in the back corner behind the timing cover just under the intake manifold runner on cylinder #1. Sorry I can now think clearly about the problem to let others in on my hell. Thanks for the response.

Check the heater hoses. They run along the back of the motor, as the heater core inlet and outlet are on the passenger side. It's more likely one of them sprung a leak than a headgasket leaking coolant.
There is also a plug in the back of the motor that goes into a coolant passage, it could be the culprit, or a freeze plug in the passenger side of the head, for that matter.
