#110077, "What is the diameter at the base of our lifters?"

I am a 120 miles away from my car and I am having my dad machine out some lifter shims for me to take up the slack and noise in my valve train. So I was wondering if some one could hook me up with the outside diameter they would need to be machined to, to fit under the lifters in the head. Thanks in advance!

I'm thinking its a nominal number so I just went down and measured the OD of a lifter with my cheapo plastic calipers. 16mm OD. That is of the shaft. The actual base has a slight bevel to it.

Just so you get an answer, lol.
