my idle is still 1900 or so,
when i plug the pcv line with duct tape on both parts the idle is 1300so its getting better?
do i need a new pcv valve ?

There should be a cap on that valve on the end of the fuel rail. There shouldn't be any hoses attached to it. I wasn't sure if you put a hose on it or not.
