There is a loose hose right below the timing gears that is loose and I dont know where it goes. I think it comes off the evap canister and comes up under the timing gears and ends right near the engine bracket......there is a orifice that has a cap on it but it doesnt do any good when i hook it up there......can someone please tell me where it goes? It is a rubber hose that connects to a metal pipe that feeds to the evap can.

It should connect to the nipple on the throttle body.

this is the hose he is speaking of. the other end of it connects into the top hard metal line that runs on the inside of the engine bay down towards the evap canister.
The obvious spot where it looks like it should go in the pic makes the car loose vac and not run correctly.

yeah, it's the EVAP line. it connects to the nipple on the throttle body.

something on his car is backwards then cause the nipple on his throttle body connects to the plastic hose that runs alongside the back of the motor and then turns hard left into a hard line up and over the valve cover and down under the water neck and down towards the rad and then over to the right toward the evap. Unless that line should tee off and go to both. i know the evap has a source from the gas tank the throttle body and it says in the manual from the intake. just never saw this line before

I'd have to get a better picture of it to say, then, because when i'd seen that line with that green and black fitting previously (on a mostly stock car), it was connected to the plastic hardline that ran from the nipple on the TB, and from there to the hardline that ran to the evap can.
leave it off. Fuck it.

The line with the valve that has the green cap goes from the 3-way nipple on the back of the intake manifold to the hardline that runs over the top of the valve cover next to the cam gears.
The line that comes off of the throttle body runs to the hardline that is attached to the fenderwell underneath the cruise control.
