Alright I just got my new water temp gauge today. I see where the sender unit is and I know how to hook it up. Question is can I just put the new sender unit in and disable the stock one in the dash? I don't need it anymore so I can just unhook it, will any CEL's turn on? (not that it matters since I aleady have one for the evap shit)
