So I sent an email to howell because I want to buy one, from what I've read on here its the best mod for your money for this car. They aren't selling them anymore but the guy that replied to my email said that they're gonna put them out again soon, hopefully in greater numbers. I'd hate to wait up to 5 months from the stories I've read. Anyways, just figured I'd share that info with you guys in case anyone is also looking to get one, the price is gonna be $390

they won't give me any details other than the coming soon part and the price tag, I doubt there will be any other years other than the 97 made like before.

I bought mine used. Then I sold it. Then airport security thought the stocker I got in trade for the AFX/R was a bomb, so they took my ID, boarding pass, wallet, and shoes. It kinda sucked.
AFX/R is good if you have the valvetrain to make use of it. Otherwise, it's going to be marginal at best.

I'm hoping for a big difference, I have a ton of parts just sitting around waiting to be put in, fully ported head, 1mm oversized intake valves, crane springs and retainers, 5 angle valve work on all the valves. 16 grind crane cams, aem cam gears, ported intake manifold, ported throttle body, aem v2 intake, greddy headers, greddy evo2 exhaust. Everything is already on the car except for the head. Once I get the ecu its building time!!!
