#108499, "fuel pump issues..."

Well today I tried to start the car with the new motor. It didn't go as well as I had hoped. The engine turns over with no issues. I'm getting power to my relay (30), power to (85) with the koeo and the ground checks okay. I tested my pump to see if it worked and it does. The only place that isn't getting power is the connector at the fuel pump. Is there somewhere inbetween the relay and the pump I can test to see if I'm getting power? Also is there somekind of inertia cut off that I may have accidentally disconnected? I would really like this thing to run today.

well I followed the fuel pump rewire write up and the pump kicks on with the car. I heard my filter filling up with fuel but my gauge on my fpr isn't showing any pressure.
