#108396, "Injector/Fuel Pressure and other questions..."
I am about to get my 2.2 stroker and built head. I am going to go megasquirt but for the time being I have these 450cc injectors from my old 90 turbo laser. I am getting a wideband and I am going to be going sort of a crude way of tuning until I get megasquirt and I want to know what you guys think.
Right now while I'm breaking everything in I just plan on putting the 450s in. What I wanted to know is that is there a way to lower the fuel pressure enough to where it will still idle fine with the larger injectors. I have the 12:1 fuel pressure riser that came with my hahn kit which is what I will be using for the crude tuning for now. Should I just eliminate my stock fpr on the rail and use the hahn one only in order to drop the pressure?
I don't even know if any of this will work but I figured I'd try and ask. I just don't want lack of fuel to be an issue with my new motor since I spent so much on it.
Also, is there a kevlar timing belt available for the 420A because I'm having a hard time finding one.

I found the 450's I had laying around from one of my old lasers and I got them in the rail and intake manifold using the 420A o rings. Hopefully that setup will work and won't leak. I do have a question about a resistor box though. My questions are could I use one off a turbo dsm and where does it get wired in?

Yes, running it right now. The 450's are a little tight to get on, but they work. The mitsu box gets wired in-line to the injectors. I'm off to work so I can't give you wires at the moment. Quick search should find that on here.
