Starting to finally get my motor back together and for some reason I cant find that damn sensor. It's the one that seals between the block and bedplate correct? I was thinking to myself wouldn't that suck to replace. Does the bed plate have to come off to replace it or does it just slide in? Cant really find mine at the moment so that question came to mind.

Yes that is the correct location for the sensor.

No, you do not need to seperate the block and bedplate to remove/install it. It has an o-ring on it that just pushes into the block.
