I went to install a new IAC on my 420a, and it jus started revving when u started it, to like 3-4k!!!! Whats wrong? I checked all my vacuum lines, there fine. What happend?!! Also put more coolent in? I took my old IAC out to "clean" it and it popped apart, i put it back together, and it juss kept stalling.

Did you reset the ecu after putting the new IAC in? Make sure your throttle cable isn't getting stuck and it's closing all the way too.

That would work, or just unplug the ecu. I would wait a little longer than 30 seconds though to make sure it's fully discharged.
