Ok so this is a bit odd of a problem to have but it is a problem non the less. Ok so when I put fuel in the car it is fine but when it is actually done filling up it just starts leaking out of no where. I looks as if it is coming from the back rear passenger wheel. But i would say after like a half gallon is on the ground it slows down and then stops. After that the car seems to drive just fine, cant really test because I just had a new engine put in and can't really get on it. I put it on jack stand and fired it up and it doesn't seem to be leaking anywhere in the back or the front. I can't seem to be able to get it to leak while it is on the stands and cant get it to leak with the car just sitting there running. Does anyone know where I can look and try to figure this out.

There are some lines on top of the fuel tank for the EVAP system. When you fill the gas tank all the way up, you are also getting fuel into the fuel filler neck that is higher than the rest of the gas tank. If any of the rubber lines on top of the gas tank are dry rotted or cracked, the gas will leak out until it is below the EVAP lines.
Also, is your check engine light on for an EVAP leak?
