Alright guys it has been a lil while since i have posted but here goes my problem. yesterday on my way to work my car had a rough idle like it had cams it had a lope in it. i would press the gas pedal get a small wiff of fuel and then it would go away. did the same thing on my lunch break today while i was sitting at a redlight once i got past 1200-1500 rpms it would level out again as long as i shifted above 1500 rpms or so it ran beautiful, but anyways i pulled over and let it run for a minute smelled like str8 fuel out of the exhaust thinking it was the map sensor i unplugged it, then plugged it back in, it ran fine.but i havent check it lately cause i am still at work. since i am at work it juss has me thinking about it. could it be the map sensor or has anyone had any troubles like this in the past any info would be alot of help.

Sounds exactly lie the timing has skipped a couple teeth. Thats how the car will run with too much overlap.
