Hey Guys,

I have a standard obd2 -> usb cable. I am able to pull codes from a vag app for my audi, but when trying any other apps for the eclipse it wont read the interface. Anyone else have this problem?

I've tried another driver, changing ports, and checking docs for any special config but no go.

thanks for any input.

I don't think VAG-COM cables necessarily work with all other OBDII enabled vehicles. VAG relies on proprietary protocols that act separately from OBDII. I would look for a good ISO OBDII cable/interface, like the one from ScanTool.net.
