Is there a difference between 90-94 sensors and 95-99 sensors?

Please post pics or a diagram it would be better for me to understand.

there is no difrance in them if you get a universal 0s sensor like a bosch they come with a 4 wire setup just make sure you wire it right the only difrance between them and the oem would be wiring the bung holes are all the same
