Can someone help me on this.... It seems that no matter how many times i put the belt back on the power steering pulley or replace the bolts that keep it from swiveling, the shit still manages to come off eventually! It also seems that no matter how many times i replace my exhuast gasket and get new bolts to fix my exhaust leak, it still manages to come loose and leak. Now, when i pull on the throttle cable to check stuff, my whole engine lifts up. Could this be the cause of why i have these reacurring promblems?? TIA guys!

most likly its a mount problem. usualy its a front one that gets broke first. since thats the easiest one to drop out and check id go with that first. if its torn then you can either get prothane insert (pm me if you want it for cheap) OR you can get a solid mount from Howell ~$65
if the front one IS torn, go to the back subframe>Tranny mount, sometimes if the front is really bad it will break the rear one as well. PITA to get out and reweld but it shouldnt be left as is. for that the only replacement is a Prothane insert. and if your going that far you might as well just grab the entire set and press in the side ones as well. (Prothane are 2-piece inserts and are easier to get in then the Energy suspension ones which are one piece)
if you do all those the engine WILL NOT move vibrats a bit more in idle but not bad

Thanks for the feedback guys. I think i'll go with the prothane motor mounts. I'll just go with a complete set. is that what you have? i think a new set is around $90.

Yeah around $90 for a set. I've been wanting/needing to do this myself.
