#104092, "Idle problem when hot"

To make things simple,

Car runs, idles fine for 10-15 minutes than the idle will surge from 1100-1500 + - at idle .. Checked all obvious things... Swapped all sensors, no vaccum leaks found, egr is working correctly, IAC is good, Compression is good.. Cooling system checked no air locks etc..

I get 2 codes when the problem happens

P0351 - COIL problem (Swapped coils, get the same code)
P1294 - targe idle not reached (comes on when the idle starts surging)

Anyone had a problem like this?

Any help would be great
