Can anyone tell me what this pipe is supposed to go to and form. It is pluggen underneath the thermostat housing and in the back of the motor is has nothing on the end of the pipe. It is bolted down to the valve cover and to the thermostat in the front and to the head in the back. I tried looking in the caps for the part but couldn't find it.

hard vac line for the emmisions EVAP canister underneath the passenger front bumper. also connects to the 3 pronged vac port on the back of the intake manifold.
