I noticed last week that some people were having powersteering problems. Well, this week, my power steering started making groaning noises when makeing a hard turn, when the engine is still cold (I live in North Dakota). Does anyone else have this problem? Any Fixes for this?

It will do that if the fluid is low, or the fluid is really cold. Since you live in North Dakota (it's better than South Dakota, really! ha) I'd vote for really cold. The colder the fluid, the harder it is to pump (higher viscosity) which will cause the pump to groan until the fluid warms up and thins back out. Check the level, and if it's ok, there's probably nothing wrong.
