Alright i've searched, and i've posted this before, do you need ANY of the vac lines on the 420. I disposed to the charcoil canister, and the egr. Only 2 that are left is the ones that go to that black box on the back of the IM, if those arent need'd im just gana get a screw to block off where the 3 piece thing goes on the IM. Lemme know someting asap im going to get all the bolts i need tom. thanks in advance.

Actually, I think you need most of them on the 420A. One goes to your MAP sensor, which the ECU uses to determine fuel delivery. Another is for the brake booster, then there's one for the PCV. It's safe to say that the cause of most screwed up 2GNT idles is a fushicked vac line.

How did "searching" not turn up any results on how vital our vac lines are? If you typed "dont need vac lines" and nothing came up...well that means we DO need them!
But seriusly though, Dr. Iggs is the man here. There is probably no 2gnt out there that has not had an issue to do with a "fuckished" vac line or a vac. leak some time during its life.
EDIT: sorry DR1665, I messed your nonsense word...and im too lazy to fix it

We have a vac line for the MAP sensor? wow, didnt know that. Any pics? We have vac lines for the PCV valve as well? wow, didnt know that either.
hehe.
The only VAC line that is necessary is the Brake booster line. The others are cruise and emissions shit. You will get CELs but it shouldnt harm the motor if that is what you are asking.

True. But he was asking about the 3 ports on the rear of the Intake Mani. Those can all be blocked off except for the Brake booster line which has its own port anyway. As far as dedicated VAC lines go thats the only one you need. I wasn't considering the PCV a vac line in that respect.

On my 95 i ripped all of the EVAP out, egr system, and only kept the basics, which was the brake booster line and a line for my BOV.. everything else can go safely
