I want to make a testpipe. How many inches is the stock cat? There's a business around here that can get a pipe, and weld on flanges and make test pipes for like $10-20

Hell yeah

I am actually thinking about getting a test pipe also. I have already gutted my CAT when it got clogged up. Now my car sounds real good and loud, but it farts at low rpms due to the big empty can that used to be the cat. I am thinking about getting a high flow cat, or a test pipe (maybe a resonated test pipe) from http://www.testpipes.com

I think a test pipe would be better for a turbo than a high flow cat. I still cannot decide though.
