hi, i have 99gs and i'm building up engine, i was looking at these pistons

and these rods

could you pls tell me if the price is right, or do you know cheaper place, also on pistons they have .020 and .040 which to go with thx

That combo is fine if your looking at the 420a pistons, in fact i have the same ones.

In regards to 20 or 40 over, you should wait till the motor is apart and have it measured for out of round, taper and scoring. chances are 20 over is fine but if you have any damage to the walls then you might have to go 40 over depending on how deep the scoring is.

so just go head and buy these rods, and wait until i get my engine out for pistons, right, on rods it says they are stock length, is that good size thx

yes, you can buy the rods now and once the motor is verified you can order the correct pistons
