oh....my bad!!! i guess by you saying that it cant be done in a gs with the 420a.......i didnt know that, i just read somewhere ........now i feel stupid, but what are the best things to do with the 420a when building for a turbo??? and how can i build a higher reving engine

No worries. It happens. The only reason why you can't remove the balance shafts in the 420A is because, the 420A doesn't have them! (SCORE!)
There are some cool articles to read in the wiki on the subject. The www.2gnt.com/index.php?d=Power is a good starting point. The first thing to go when you boost your stock 420A is usally the piston rings, so if you want to run more than 7-10psi through a 10cm^2 16G, you're going to want to build the bottom end. On the "Power Stages" page, you will find an article talking about what you need and help in the decision making process.
