Any OBD2 datalogger will work with a 95 out of the box.

95 DSM's were designed with OBD2 specifications, they just aren't considered OBD2 since the standard wasn't finalized and approved yet.

I recommend Pocketlogger or ScanGauge if you're lazy, and
OBD-2.com's cable with http://roadraceengineering.com/obd/obdtool.zip software if you know what a COM port is.
