#101196, "Confused with Injectors"

I'm currently trying to put bigger injectors on my car and ran into a problem. At first I was going to run some Denso 660cc on an afc, sfmu,etc... and i found out that they wouldn't work. Well I bought some dsm blue top 450cc so that they would work, and when I recieved them they were designed differently. My stock injectors and the Denso injectors are similar in design with the longer petruding nose on the side that mount towards the combustion chamber. But the blue tops are more of a stubbier shape that doesn't have a long nozzle on it. I tried matching the stockers,660cc's, and 450cc's next to each other in a different injector port on my Int. manifold and like I said the 660's and stockers matched up, but the blue tops didn't position the nozzle as far in as the others. My question is will the 450's mount correctly on a 2gnt eclipse rs-t or do I have to find others with the same design as the stock ones. I'm in a bind with very little time, so any help would be deeply appreciated.

if they are dsm injectors you need to run a resistor pack,

I think this should have been in the performance section, or maybe the turbo section, but I don't feel this is advanced.

Try searching in those two sections, you'll probably find what you're looking for because I know this has been discussed a few times.

450's? Definately from another dsm. You need a resistor pack for those to work right, I got rc 440's over the others just because of less hassel.
