Has anyone ordered anything from Exile Racing in the last month ? I ordered some ARP moly lube and a set of Injectors about a month ago and still haven't got anything, no tracking number, no emails, nothing. They won't respond to my emails or answer the phone, WTF ? Are they having problems or are they just really slow at the moment ?

You need to have some patience when ordering from these guys. They do quality work and you get what you pay for...but you need to understand that these guys have day jobs, then they come and run things at Exile in the evening and weekends. This is something you need to take into consideration when ordering. There are plenty of people on here who can vouch for the Exile guys.

It might take a while, but they will come through. I've heard of plenty of people waiting, but never heard of anyone getting robbed. They are legit, if not slow as fuck some times. emoji

EDIT:
I've spent close to $3000 with those guys and I would continue to give them my business. The trick is just ordering well before you will absolutely *need* to have the part.

yes the trick is to order MONTHS before you need it.
Infact MONTHS before you even know you might possibly need it. emoji

EXILE sucks now (not sure what happened)..Day jobs or not, that is no excuse for the horrible lack of customer service.

I've ordered from them before, but will NOT do so again..

I've ordered from them before and never had any problems, this is the first time they've left me hanging. I just want my damn parts, It's been a month already, day jobs or not, take 2 mins to answer an email and let me know whats up.

I talked to mike recently and he was real busy with work, had some issues at the day job that were kicking his ass. Steve is out of town for work right now. Might be back by friday but that is not certain.

On top of all this they have 4 motors to build, one is gettign a tubular manifold that has them going home pissed at night. (not easy to build the manifold the way you want to with limited space).

Not making excuses for anyone but its hard to please everyone especially when the motors and cars sitting there are on a deadline that is quickly comming up.

Terry
