Well i did the "key dance" and got two codes:
12 - Direct battery input to PCM was disconnected within the last 50 key-on cycles

and

51 - Fuel system lean


it says to check for these things: Intake air temperature sensor / Engine coolant temperator sensor / Exhaust manifold cracked.

But here is the thing, i check my exhaust temps and they are in range and i check my A/F gauge (tuned for full throttle only) and it says that it is running inbetween stoich and rich. why is it saying that i have a lean fuel system? I have been letting my car cool-down properly everytime i drive it and i have only been running 5lbs of boost on my HRC stage II system. could i have cracked my exhaust manifold? is it safe to drive the car with a cracked exhaust manifold?

how can i check to make sure that the intake air temp sensor is working and that the engine coolant sensor is working?

check for leaks around the manifold.

if the prob is the intake air temp sensor, im selling one for $15 shipped (cheap plug )

Hey do you get crappy O2 signal? Man that's what happened to me. It shit out and my car was running super rich. I was told to check for exhaust leaks and other such. Def do that first. I don't have a way to tell you how to test the intake temp. sensor so your on your own w/ that. Hope it works out.

Check your map sensor voltage under boost. Use either your S-AFC or multimeter.
