k, hg was done at dodge 4k ago, stil smoking blueish and smells like ass..the idle is semi ruff at a little below 1k
things i did to fix:
new egr,
plugs
wires
cat sea foam
doe did comp test, 180 across,
i just did one and its still 180's across
the decked the head when they did the hg, so im thinking my valve seats may be bad, since i did comp test i can rule out my rings right? i have ane hg and head that im putting on, will this solve the problem based on the things ive tested and replaced?

Burning oil at idle that goes away at speed is likely valve seals.
