Ok here hte problem. I'm leaking oil and don't know where it is coming from. One guy said head gasket and wanted to charge $1200. Brought it to another guy he says it may be the cam sensor seal. Has anyone ever heard of this before. please help me out with any info you can give me. Thanks

yes... the cam angle sesor that is attatched in between the valve cover and head... on the right side of the engine... right by the intake piping... if its leaking there like mine did awhile back then its a quick fix... although the gasket costs about $9 from the dealership and its about the size of a rubber band.... good way to check is if the oil is going down that side of the engine and also run your finger right under the sensor to see if its really wet with oil.. if it is just get a new gasket and take the two bolts off the sensor and replace gasket.. just clean the edges and such to make a good seal.. also be sure to not over tighten the bolts.. thats sensor is plastic and will break... i cracked mine a little by not thinking about that, but it seals just fine now... if you need more help or a pic or two hit me up on email: iamnotwhoiam@hotmail.com or on AIM: Suterboy

exactly, specially when the cam angle seal leaks, the oil will channel all the way to the back of the block..which will make someone think that your head gasket is leaking at the usual spot (#4 cylinder).
