#137681, "replaced ECU now having starting issues"

I have replaced the ECU in my 1995 Eagle Talon. Now when I go to start the car, it starts then stalls. It has no response to the throttle unless it is at WOT. I did the key dance and found that it has codes 22, 23 and 24. I checked and replaced the throttle position sensor to no avail. I also replaced the Engine Coolant Temp sensor. I checked the MAP sensor and with the key on I am getting 4.99v's which is in specifications. When the vehicle does start it revs up to about 1500-1800 rpms and then drops down to 300-400 and then shuts off. As I said before I give it gas and sometimes it responds and sometimes it doesn't. I checked the IAC thinking this may be the cause but it is getting 52 ohms of resistance across 1 and 4, 2 and 3. That is in spec as well. I have replaced the Crankshaft position sensor and the camshaft position sensor. I don't know where else to go from here

I have a turbo installed and a 10:1 fmu. Also, has a walbro 255 fuel pump installed. It is running on stock internals so only running 7-8lbs of boost.

I figured it out. The difference is in the emissions. 4874191 is for federal emission and 4874190 is california emissions

I assume you have the problem still?

I'd verify that MAP value... 4.99v with the engine off seems incorrect to me. I think mine was 3.65v at Atmospheric pressure. I'm not positive mine was correct though, just somewhere to start.

You can always take the ECU back and setup megasquirt. I converted mine for about $320. In my case, I still use the stock ECU for a few functions though, like AC control, Cooling fan control, alternator control, etc.

So, here I am about a month later and the car is having issues again. When I am driving the car will kick off and all the gauges will flicker on and of faintly. If I turn the key to the off position and back to the run position the car will kick back on and backfire towards the back of the exhaust. I am a bit dumbfounded at this point. Anyone have any idea of what this could be?
