Since the shootout is only 1 day (sunday), Im trying to figure out how many days everyone is going to be up there. I e-mailed Norwalk to see if anything is going on that friday and saturday so we would have more racing to do. Ill post it once I get a response. This could also help people decide when to leave, and how many nights in a hotel theyll need.

General Rule of thumb for shootout weekend is get there Friday, or even Thursday if you want, and leave late afternoon Sunday, or monday if you can take time off work/school. The last couple of years there has been an import event on Saturday although I don't know if that will be going on this year as well, but if it isn't alot of people go to Cedar Point on Saturday.

Also, because so many cars are there, it's fun to get there and stay a buncha days.
