Yesterday i was driving home and after starting off at a light... 1st then into 2nd... and the stick went way too far down!! like in 2nd or 4th it will go into gear, but i can push it down even further!! This is weird. It drives fine but it just upsets me. So i was looking under the hood at the trans. I had my buddy push the stick down and it looks like the acordian rubber thing is bending in the middle when the stick is pushed down. is thier something solid in there that could have broken? err please help!!
