Was reviewing this write up, and comparing to the info given on neons.org. Noticed the write up here did not mention "torquing the differential." Here is the write up on org

Just wondering if anyone has done the swap here, and did not torque the differential. I have swapped bell housings three times, without the failure said to possibly occur.

i have checked the PRELOAD (not torque) once out of a million transmissions i have done and never had one issues as have many others. As long as there isnt any bearing play your fine.
